How To Choose A Pattern That's Right For You

                                                                  

It's a lot of fun looking at patterns in a pattern book. There are so many different things you can make. There are patterns for dresses, jackets, pants, tops, crafts, home decorating...the list goes on and on.

Patterns also range from top designer fashions to a simple apron or pillow.              

You will find that many of the dressmaker patterns reflect the styles in the department stores.  The beauty about sewing is that you can create that style in any fabric you want.  You can redesign the garment to reflect your personality.

Take your time and enjoy each project you make.  As you become more confident in your sewing abilities, by all means, slowly move yourself into more challenging patterns.

Sewing is so much fun.  I hope you continue to stretch your sewing ability by taking on those challenges and winning them. 

So, get excited and keep on sewing!

Before you know it, you'll be making outfits that will be the envy of others.
